Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the BADANDEV website and any development services purchased through it. By engaging BADANDEV for a project, you agree to the terms below.

Project Scope

All projects begin with a defined scope agreed upon during the consultation phase. Final pricing between €350–€500 depends on complexity, custom UI/UX, integrations, and additional requirements discussed before work begins.

Payment

Website Development is a one-time payment. Maintenance and Premium packages include an optional recurring yearly fee, billed separately, with no monthly subscriptions.

Ownership & Source Code

Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of the source code for their website with no ongoing licensing fees.

Maintenance Requirements

Maintenance and Premium packages require that the client already owns their domain name. BADANDEV manages hosting, monitoring, updates, and support as outlined in the selected package.
